A Week to Christmas – The Songs of the Season into the Heart of Christ

Advent and Christmas are both times for music that warms the heart and fills the world with hope.

Based on his Advent/Christmas meditation book, which the Shrine is offering this year as a gift to those who attend the celebration of the Eucharist with us in person, Father Richard will engage the participants in a thoughtful conversation about the prayerful message of these carols.

Learn about the origin of some familiar Advent/Christmas Carols. Consider the invitation they offer to us this Christmastime. Send a couple of hours preparing for the great feast of the Lord’s Nativity. Give yourself a chance to let the Holy Spirit touch your heart and fill you with peace.
