Finding your heart through loss and grief

Have you experienced loss? If so, you’re not alone. We are all awash in grief as we cope with the last couple of years on top of the losses, deaths, transitions and difficult emotional times that we experience in our own lives. Perhaps your heart feels heavy or your shoulders feel weighted down. Perhaps you wonder whether or not you are normal, and where God is in all of this. Come away with us for a pilgrimage of healing, hope and peace. Pray together, learn why you’re feeling as you do, and explore the spirituality within your experience. The doors are open; all you have to do is walk through.
