Thank You visiting our Remembrances page. Below you will find information on ways to Remember and Honor loved ones, family members or other events with our Memorial Gift, Perpetual Light Society, Paver Stone, Mass Intention, Candle Intention, Mass Book, or Mass Card.

Perpetual Light Society provides Perpetual Remembrance for an individual for a year.  The contribution for the Perpetual Light Society is $100.

Mass Intentions – You may honor a loved one with a Mass Intention. We will contact you with the date of the Mass, which may be several weeks out.  We ask you to note the name of the Mass Intention and preferred Mass time (8:30 or 11:00).  The contribution for a Mass Intention is $10 per Intention.

Candle Intentions – You may honor a loved one with a Candle Intention. The contribution for a Candle Intention is $7 per Intention, a Candle will be lit in honor of a loved one in the Shrine.  We ask you to note the Candle Intention in the comment / note field.  You may request a recurring offering; if you request a recurring offering, we ask that you select the ‘Weekly’ recurring option.

Flowers Offering – You may honor a loved or make a Flower offering at anytime of year or at Christmas or Easter.     We ask you to note the Flower Offering Intention in the comment / note field.  You may request a recurring offering if you wish.  Please use this offering form for Christmas or Easter Flower offerings.

Mass Memorial Card – You may honor a loved one with a Mass Memorial Card.  Mass Memorial Card names are read at Sunday Mass, you select the Mass time, a Mass Memorial Card is mailed to recipient.  The Mass Memorial Card offering is $10.

Mass Memorial Book – You may honor a loved one with a Mass Memorial Book.  Mass Memorial Book  names are read at Sunday Mass, you select the Mass time, a Mass Memorial Book is mailed to recipient, you may select the Book color (red or blued), and you may select which image will be placed in the book (Our Lady, Sacred Heart, Pieta or Jesus at Gethsemane. The Mass Memorial Book offering is $18.

Paver Stone – “Garden of Remembrance” Engraved Memorial Pavers make a unique gift idea for weddings, baptisms, graduations, anniversaries, or birthdays.
